What is the “ Extended Download Services”?

The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by the payment processor (SWREG) with additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you'll be entitled to 2-year re-download service for the very version of the product you’ve purchased, which means the service provider will keep a backup copy of the current version of the product you’ve purchased, and allows you to download it from the link given to you at any time.

Do I have to purchase the "Extended Download Service"? What will happen if I don’t purchase it?

Of course, it is a voluntary action of you to buy the "Extended Download Service" or not. Xinfire never forces our client to do that. Once you purchase any product from Xinfire, you can retrieve the download and registration information for the product you purchased for free. The only concern for you is that Xinfire always updates the latest versions of our products on our server. If you only need to download the very version when you purchased at any time, then you can recognize this extended download service as a plus.

When can I receive my product after payment?

As soon as your payment is received, an Order Confirmation Email (Order Receipt, commonly be sent one hour after payment) will be sent to you immediately attached with the specific license code and software download link. You can download the latest trial version from the download section and use your license code to unlock it. If you have specifically ordered a backup CD (additional cost US$9.95), the delivery time for the CD is the following:

License FAQs

Why I still haven’t got the license code after successfully purchasing the software?

First of all, check your spam/trash folder. License code is sent automatically and sometimes mistaken for spam by email providers. Then you can also retrieve your license code by sending your order ID and email address used by you when purchasing the software to support@xinfire.com. Our support staff will resend your license code within 24 hours after receiving your request.

If I lose my license code, what should I do?

Please send us your order ID and email address used by you when registering the license code to support@xinfire.com. Our support staff will retrieve your license code for you within 24 hours.

What should I do if my license code does not work normally?

If you have just purchased the product, make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the product available on our official website: http://www.xinfire.com. Copy and Paste your license code as it figures in email that was sent to you.
If your problem has not been fixed, please send us your license code, order ID and a detailed description of the error you met to support@xinfire.com. Our support staff will fix it for you within 24 hours.
